I'm so over spaces that make you feel like you need to look, talk, or act a certain way just to fit in. Not here. You belong exactly as you are.

What You Won't Find Here

​

• Aesthetic requirements - Don't have a kimono? No problem.

• Rigidity around language - The whole point of learning to use YOUR voice is using YOUR voice—not what someone else thinks you should say/do/act/feel. I will never correct your language. However, I may make suggestions.

• Feeling like you're holding your breath - Nope. Ash & Honey is all about taking up space. I want to hear what you have to say! 

• Healer hierarchy - Nothing is worse than a "spiritual person" who believes they're better than you. I am you and you are me.

• Spiritual bypassing - As a leader, I step into the role of leading, but that doesn't mean I'm not a human being learning lessons in real time as my beliefs and understandings are ever evolving. I don't have all the answers. I vow to share my experience, strength and hope.
