THE REBIRTH RETREAT
SEPTEMBER 24-28 EVIA, GREECE
This is not your average healing retreat
This is an AWAKENING
You broke the cycles in your family.
Now it's time to break the cycle you're stuck in:
Constantly healing. Endlessly searching.
Never landing at home within yourself!
This retreat is where cycle breakers finally stop looking outside themselves. Period. This retreat is a dedicated time for you to come in direct contact with the parts of you you've been hiding.
THE REBIRTH RETREAT
Themes:
Release. Reclaim. Rewild. Rebirth.
September 24-28, 2026 | Edipsos, North Evia, Greece
Limited to 15 Women | 5 Days of Transformation

Why Evia?

At the end of the day, Greece was a no-brainer choice to hold the space for a group of cycle breakers who are ready to get out of the mind and into the body.
Greek mythology is rich and holds the legacy of many women who broke ancestral cycles.
This land has known war, collapse, and rebirth. The ruins of Greece stand as living proof that what is broken can be reclaimed—without losing its essence.
There are so many reasons why I chose Evia as the sacred space for this container. This island holds strong spiritual significance and is almost untouched by tourism.
Evia is the second largest island in Greece. Its know for its famous thermal springs (think natures hot tub meets mineral bath), secluded beaches and the village life that simply stops time.
There are many breathtaking islands and cities to visit in Greece, but the energetic connection to this specific island was unmatched.
And if you know anything about Greek Goddesses, you would be happy to know that this land is strongly connected to Artemis who is known as the protector of women and the guardian of the wild, the moon and hunt.
She represents the balance between the nurturing and untamed aspects of femineity.
This is the essence of Ash and Honey and the theme of this retreat
Ash & Honey is a community of cycle breakers, honoring the darkness and light that exists within us, and within the journey of being a cycle breaker.
A cycle breaker is someone who bravely steps out of generational trauma and inherited patterns and decides, “It ends with me.”
They go to war with every belief, behavior, and story that keeps them imprisoned by the past. Addiction, trauma, abuse, scarcity, violence. Name it. If you were the first in your family - you are in fact a cycle breaker.
The theme of this retreat is Rebirth and Reclamation - It resembles what must be destroyed to make way for our becoming.
"WE HEAL IN THE ASHES AND RISE IN THE HONEY"
The ancient Greeks had a word for a woman who belonged entirely to herself:
They called her "one unto herself."
Not lonely. Not isolated.
Sovereign. Complete. Whole.

MEET YOUR HOST
Melissa is a trauma-informed life coach devoted to supporting women in rediscovering their power after trauma and releasing the habit of settling for lives that are merely “good enough.”
As an embodied retreat leader and women’s empowerment facilitator, she does not position herself as a healer. Instead, she sees her greatest gift as being a human mirror - reflecting truth, possibility, and inner strength back to the women she guides.
Her work is deeply rooted in shadow integration and inner child healing, creating spaces where women can meet all parts of themselves with honesty, compassion, and courage.
Her retreats and workshops are spaces where laughter and tears often coexist - and where that very duality becomes the magic.
Melissa’s work integrates breathwork, embodiment, dance, play, liberation, and sisterhood, inviting women out of their heads and back into their bodies, where true transformation lives.

This work is deeply personal.
I come from a lineage marked by survival—trauma, addiction, and scarcity woven through generations.
As a cycle breaker, I was the first to choose healing, to question what I was told to accept, and to step beyond the limits trauma tried to define for me.
Now, my mission is to guide cycle breakers into what comes next: reclaiming their birthright to abundance, pleasure, joy, and aliveness.
MEET YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER
Cory is a documentary storyteller devoted to capturing women in their most honest, luminous becoming.
She doesn’t just take photos, she witnesses. the quiet tears. The wild laughter. The moment you finally feel at home in your own skin.
Her work is rooted in presence and devotion; creating imagery that feels like memory, like truth, like a return to yourself.
During The Rebirth Retreat, she will gently document the unfolding; and offer intimate one-on-one empowerment portraits for the woman ready to be fully seen.
This isn’t about posing.
It’s about remembering who you are.

BONUS: Cory will be offering 1:1 EMBODIMENT Photoshoots for the women who want to capture their rebirth on the Island 🤩
MEET YOUR YOGA TEACHER
Andrea is a Seattle‑ and Las Vegas‑trained 500‑hour Yoga Teacher who blends biomechanics, mindful movement, and spiritual connection.
She supports women in slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with the wisdom they already hold.
Her classes offer clear, gentle guidance that encourages women to honor their bodies, trust their intuition and move in ways that feel steady and true.
With over 1,000 classes taught, Andrea creates spaces where women feel supported, grounded, and connected in sisterhood.
We are so excited to have Andrea sharing her magic on the retreat and helping us keep the energy flowing as we move through this energetic upgrade.

I’ve never been to a retreat before and I want to come alone — is that okay?
Absolutely! Many of our participants come alone, especially the first time. It’s completely normal to feel nervous — stepping into something new can feel scary. Our retreats are designed to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where you’ll be surrounded by women who are on a similar journey.
I’m feeling nervous about attending — is that normal?
Completely! Feeling nervous before a retreat is very normal, especially if it’s your first time stepping into something new or traveling alone. Those butterflies are a sign that you’re about to grow and step into something meaningful.
